- For orders valued at 1,000,000 VND or more, Kozee may require a deposit of 20-50% of the order value in advance.
- Once payment is received, we will process the order and arrange delivery as soon as possible.
3. Online Payment Gateway
- Kozee collaborates with reputable online payment gateways such as VnPay, Momo, etc., to provide convenience for customers.
- When selecting online payment, customers will be redirected to the partner's website to complete the steps as instructed.
- Kozee will be notified only after customers have successfully made the payment.
4. International Card Payment (Visa, Master, JCB)
- Customers can use international cards by entering the card details when placing an order on kozee.com.vn.
- The system will authenticate and process the transaction through the bank's secure gateway, ensuring absolute safety for card information.
- Transaction fees for international cards will follow the issuing bank's fee schedule, and currency exchange fees may apply.
